Raising cattle responsibly since 1935
Witt Ranch Land & Cattle is a 3rd generation ranch in Brenham, Texas. The Ranch was founded by Henry and Lillie Witt in 1935, who were active members of the German community, Prairie Hill. They started with raising turkeys and then cattle. Prairie Hill is one of the few original German communities still recognized in Brenham with an active congregation at St. John's Lutheran Church & Cemetery of Prairie Hill and an active Prairie Hill Fire Department.
Local Family Farm
From our family to yours, Witt Ranch is compiled of multi-generational talented and wonderful farmers, who come together to make Witt Ranch a thriving ranch. We specialize in high-quality Red Angus cattle. Livestock is available for sale to local Brenham families as well as commercial ranches.
